The stages of creating your web project

Here you will find an overview of how the creation of your web project will unfold.

Step 1: Making contact and drafting the specifications

For more elaborate sites (custom-made and whose requests are not included in the quote calculator), a complete specification must be provided by the client. This document will serve as a basis for work, so it is important that it is as accurate as possible. Do you help with the need to this model of specifications.

Additional details will be requested by email if necessary.

Step 2: The quote

Once we receive your completed questionnaire (at the end of the quote calculator), we will send you a specification and a free, no obligation quote. The estimate remains valid 30 calendar days.

If you wish, you can make changes to the specifications and send it back to us to adapt our proposal and the price of the website.

However, it is not possible to negotiate the price of the quote. Only to reduce the workload by removing a service.

Step 3: The beginning of the project

The work begins upon receipt of the completed quote, signed and upon receipt of payment of the deposit of 30% of the amount shown on the quote.

The client will then send all the necessary content for the realization of the service (texts in Word or openOffice format, images, videos, ...).

Step 4: The Web Design of the site

If you have subscribed Beginner pack or Diva pack, we will propose a selection of themes adapted to your activity and your tastes. then modify this model according to the indications provided in the specifications.

If you took the customized pack, we first realize the wireframes of the pages and we present them to you. (Wireframe: black and white models that define the layout of the elements on the site)

As soon as the wireframes have been validated by the customer (after any corrections), we will make the graphic models based on wireframes (color, images, typography, ...) and present them to the customer.

When the web models have been validated by the customer (after any corrections), the technical part starts and continues until the end of the project.

In all casesany major changes requested by the customer will result in an upward revision of the quote. Examples: (additional elements, change after validation, requests for additional corrections, ...).

Step 5: Website and content integration - creating your web project

Once the theme chosen by the client or the web models are complete, we create your website in HTML, CSS, JQuery and PHP on the WordPress CMS with a child theme. (Content management system that will allow you to manage your site yourself).

We then integrate the contents of your website.

Step 6: Setting up the site features

We set up the administration of your site. Then, we install, configure and test the features requested by the customer.

Step 7: Hosting

We put your site online at the address indicated. Then we declare it to the Google search engine to start referencing your website.

Step 8: Delivery of the website

Once the site is online, you will receive access to the administration of your site with its invoice. The remaining balance due is payable upon delivery of the site. Then you will receive the access codes of the hosting and the database.
